• Temperature-controlled items stored below 8°C (e.g. insulin, vaccines)
• Personal care items such as supports, socks, and wearables

• Used medical aids, including wheelchairs and walking supports
• Electrical products showing signs of misuse, damage, or outside warranty

💰 Refund Procedures

• Purchases made in cash will be refunded in cash.
• Purchases made via credit/debit card will be refunded through the same card by the issuing bank.
• Refunds will only be processed after successful inspection and approval of the returned item.

• Should a pricing or description discrepancy occur on our website or invoice, our staff will promptly correct the issue without any additional cost to the customer.
