✨ Program Overview

The Aksyr Pharmacy Loyalty Program rewards you every time you shop with us. Earn points on eligible purchases and redeem them for cash value once you reach the minimum threshold.

⚙️ How It Works

💰 Earning Points

• For every 4 QAR spent, you earn 1 Loyalty Point.
• Each Point is worth 0.02 QAR.
• This equals an effective cashback of 0.5% on eligible purchases.
• Points are added to your account within 14 days of the purchase date.

🎯 Redeeming Points

• A minimum of 500 Points (equivalent to 10 QAR) is required for redemption.
• Redemption can only be made on eligible purchases at Aksyr mobile app, website, or Pharmacy counters.

📝 Enrolment Process

1. Visit any Aksyr Pharmacy branch or download the Mobile App / Web Portal and sign up using your mobile number.
2. At the time of payment, inform the staff that you wish to participate in the loyalty program.
3. The staff will enter your mobile number in the system.
4. Points will automatically be added to your account for eligible transactions.
5. You can check your earned points balance anytime by logging into the Aksyr Pharmacy Mobile App or Web Portal using your registered mobile number.

📜 Terms and Conditions

👤 1. Eligibility

• Loyalty points are available to registered members only.
• Enrolment is free and open to all customers with a valid Qatar mobile number.

🏆 2. Earning Points

• Old or backdated invoices are not eligible for earning reward points.
• Discounted, promotional, or offer items do not earn points.
• Customers cannot earn reward points when another loyalty or reward system is used for the same transaction.

🔁 3. Redemption Rules

• Redemption is available once a member accumulates 500 points (10 QAR).
• Points have no cash exchange value outside the loyalty system.
• Redeemed points cannot be reinstated or reversed.

⏳ 4. Points Validity

• Loyalty points remain valid for 18 months from the date they are earned.
• Expired points will be automatically forfeited.

⚖️ 5. General Conditions

• Aksyr Pharmacy reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
• The pharmacy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be misused or fraudulent.
