Delivery & Shipping

Once an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. All orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 30 minutes to 48 hours, depending on item availability and the delivery location.

Delivery charges (valid for one order delivered to one address only) will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination. We will make every effort to deliver your items on the specified date. Our delivery partner will contact you on the day of delivery to confirm someone is available to receive the package. In case of any delivery issues, our partner will reach out to you by phone the following business day to arrange an alternative delivery date. A delivery receipt will need to be signed at the time of delivery.

Product availability is subject to stock. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you using the details provided at the time of the order.

In the event that incorrect contact details are provided, redelivery charges will apply, based on the package weight and destination. If an incorrect item is dispatched, please contact our customer service team for a pickup and/or replacement, at no additional cost.

For international orders, you are responsible for ensuring that the product is legally allowed to be imported into your destination country. International packages may be subject to customs charges, tariffs, duties, taxes, and other fees, which must comply with the regulations of the destination country. As the customer and importer of record, you are responsible for any additional customs clearance fees. Aksyr-Al-Hayah has no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Aksyr-Al-Hayah is not responsible for non-delivery or for any refunds due to non-payment of customs charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further details on import regulations.

Refund Policy

For defective items supplied by the manufacturer, you are eligible for an exchange, refund, coupon, or voucher if the item(s) is returned within 3 days of purchase, along with the e-payment confirmation.

Please note that no exchanges or refunds will be offered for non-defective, correctly delivered products.

Product availability is subject to stock. If an item runs out of stock after your order has been placed, we will contact you using the details provided to advise you of the situation.

Pricing Errors

While we strive to ensure that prices listed on our website are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. In the case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the price and notify you of the updated price before processing your order.
