Gently blow your nose to clear nasal passages. Shake the bottle before use. Insert the nozzle into one nostril, keeping the other nostril closed. Press the spray pump while inhaling gently through the nose. Repeat for the other nostril if needed. Use 1–2 sprays per nostril, 2–3 times daily or as directed by your doctor.
