Ensure the scar area is completely healed, clean, and dry. Cut the sheet if needed to size, ensuring it overlaps the scar by approximately 2 cm. Peel off the backing and apply the sheet with the adhesive side down onto the scar. Wear continuously for up to 7 days—even during showering or movement. Replace with a new sheet after one week; cleanse the area before reapplication. A full treatment typically spans 3 to 6 months, though longer is sometimes recommended depending on scar severity.
