Monitoring your weight, body fat, body water, muscle percentage, and bone mass is made easy with the AMR/BMR calorie display and BMI calculation feature. The scale has a weight capacity of 180 kg and also comes equipped with automatic switch-off and overload indicator for added convenience.
Place the scale on a hard, flat, and dry surface (avoid carpet). Turn it on by stepping on the scale or tapping it gently with your foot. For full body analysis, step onto the scale with bare feet, ensuring contact with all four stainless steel electrodes. Remain still while the scale measures your weight, followed by body composition metrics. Sync data via Bluetooth to the Beurer HealthManager Pro app for tracking (available on Android & iOS). The scale can automatically recognize up to 8 users based on weight and body composition.\
