1. Prepare the Skin and Electrodes Clean the skin where you’ll place the electrodes to ensure good contact. Attach the electrode pads to the skin in the recommended positions. (The device usually comes with a guide for correct placement depending on your treatment area—like back, shoulders, knees, etc.) Make sure the electrode pads are properly connected to the device with the cables. 2. Turn On the Device Press the power button to switch the unit on. The LCD screen will light up, showing the current settings and a countdown timer. 3. Select Therapy Mode Use the mode button to choose between TENS, EMS, or Massage functions: TENS is for pain relief. EMS stimulates muscles for training or recovery. Massage mode provides relaxing massages. 4. Choose a Program The device offers 64 pre-programmed options. Scroll through to select the program best suited for your condition or treatment goal. Alternatively, you can use the 6 customizable programs to adjust intensity, pulse width, and frequency if you prefer a more tailored treatment. 5. Adjust Intensity Use the intensity buttons to increase or decrease the electrical stimulation. Adjust each channel independently if using two channels (for treating two areas simultaneously). Start at a low intensity and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable tingling or muscle contraction. Avoid going too high to prevent discomfort. 6. Treatment Duration The device has a timer; typical sessions last from 10 to 30 minutes depending on the program. The timer will count down automatically. 7. End Treatment When the session finishes, the device will stop automatically. Press the power button to turn it off. Carefully remove the electrode pads and place them back on the plastic film to preserve their adhesiveness for future use.
