Take 1 tablet daily at the same time each day, continuously. Start a new pack immediately after finishing the previous one (no breaks). Swallow with water, with or without food. If a pill is missed by more than 12 hours, contraceptive protection may be reduced. Always follow your doctor’s instructions for correct use.
