- To start the cleansing process, wet your face or body with lukewarm water. If you are using the Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser, dispense a small amount (approximately the size of a dime) onto your palm or fingertips. Alternatively, if you are using the Foaming Face & Body Wash, pump a small amount onto your palm or a washcloth. Next, gently massage the cleanser onto your skin in circular motions, ensuring to cover the entire area you want to cleanse - whether it's your face, body, or both. After massaging for about 20-30 seconds, rinse off the cleanser with lukewarm water, making sure all remnants are removed from your skin. Once you have rinsed off the cleanser, pat your skin dry with a clean towel, avoiding any harsh rubbing that could lead to irritation. Following your cleansing routine, you can opt to apply additional skincare products like moisturizers or treatments, depending on your specific skincare regimen and requirements.
