Take an ample amount of Cetaphil Sun SPF 50+ Very High Protection Light Gel and apply it onto your fingertips. For your face and neck, you may require about the size of a quarter. Proceed to gently dot the sunscreen across different areas of your face, such as the cheeks, forehead, nose, chin, and neck. Massage the sunscreen into your skin using upward and outward strokes to ensure thorough coverage. Pay extra attention to areas that are more exposed to sunlight, like the nose, cheeks, and forehead. Don't forget to apply sunscreen to your ears and neck as well, as these areas are commonly neglected but still prone to sun damage. Remember to reapply the sunscreen every two hours or more frequently if you're sweating profusely or swimming. If you wear makeup, it is advisable to apply it after the sunscreen has been fully absorbed into your skin.
