Take a generous amount of Cetaphil Sun SPF 50+ Very High Protection Light Gel and apply it onto your fingertips. Use about a quarter-sized amount for both your face and neck. Gently dot the sunscreen onto different areas of your face—cheeks, forehead, nose, chin, and neck. Massage the sunscreen into your skin with gentle upward and outward strokes, ensuring that all areas of your face and neck are evenly covered. Concentrate on areas that are more exposed to the sun, such as the nose, cheeks, and forehead.
