    Generic Name: Ciprofloxacin 0.3% w/w Form: Sterile ophthalmic ointment Pack Size: 3.5 g tube Indication: Bacterial conjunctivitis and other superficial ocular infections caused by susceptible organisms Dosage: Apply a 1.25 cm (½ inch) ribbon into the conjunctival sac 3 times daily for the first 2 days, then twice daily for the next 5 days (or as directed by physician) Storage: Store below 25 °C; do not freeze; keep tightly closed; discard 4 weeks after opening
