- For adults and children over 12 years old, the recommended dosage is 10-20ml (equivalent to two to four 5ml spoonfuls) after meals and at bedtime, with a maximum of four times a day.
- Children under 12 years old should only take this medication under the guidance of a medical professional.
- If you happen to forget a dose, do not double up on the next dose. Simply continue with your regular dosing schedule. In the event of taking too much of this product, you may experience bloating. While it is unlikely to cause harm, it is advisable to seek guidance from your doctor or pharmacist.
