Insert the Battery Open the battery compartment at the handle base and insert a fresh AAA battery (usually included). Close the compartment securely. Attach the Brush Head Snap the compatible brush head onto the handle until it clicks into place. Wet the Bristles and Apply Toothpaste Moisten the brush bristles with water and apply a pea-sized amount of your preferred toothpaste. Power On the Toothbrush Press the power button to start the sonic vibrations. Brush Your Teeth Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gum line. Gently move the brush head slowly over each tooth surface—outer, inner, and chewing surfaces. Spend about 2 minutes brushing, following the timer or dividing the mouth into quadrants (30 seconds each). Focus on Gumline and Hard-to-Reach Areas Use the soft, bi-level bristles to massage gums gently and clean below the gum line without applying excessive pressure. Turn Off and Rinse Press the power button to stop the toothbrush. Rinse the brush head and handle with water and let air dry. Replace Brush Head Regularly Change the brush head every 3 months or sooner if bristles become frayed.
