Select the correct brush size (Green #1414 is 1.1 mm). Hold the brush with the ergonomic handle. Gently insert the brush between teeth without forcing it. Move the brush back and forth a few times to remove plaque and food particles. Rinse the brush after use and store in a clean, dry place. Replace the brush when bristles become worn or bent.
