Apply Toothpaste: Place a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste on the bristles. Brush Gently: Using gentle circular motions, brush the outer and inner surfaces of each tooth. Clean the Chewing Surfaces: Use back-and-forth motions to clean the chewing surfaces of your teeth. Reach Rear Teeth: Utilize the SuperTip® bristles to clean hard-to-reach areas, especially the back teeth. Rinse: After brushing, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. Clean the Toothbrush: Rinse the toothbrush under water to remove toothpaste and debris. Replace Regularly: Replace your toothbrush every 3 months or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
