Apply to clean, dry skin. Use a small amount; a thin layer is sufficient. Gently massage the cream into the skin until fully absorbed. Allow to dry before dressing to prevent transfer. Typically, one application per day is sufficient; for excessive sweating, morning and evening application may help.
