Shake well before use. Apply evenly and generously to clean, dry skin before sun exposure. Reapply: Frequently, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying. At least every 2 hours for optimal effect (if staying in the sun). Avoid sun exposure between 11 AM and 3 PM. Wash hands after application.
