Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril while tilting the head slightly to the opposite side. Press the nozzle to spray. Let the solution act for a few seconds. Allow excess solution and mucus to drain, then gently blow the nose. Repeat in the other nostril. Clean the nozzle after each use.
