Boil freshly run water. Leave to cool in the kettle for 33 mins to approx. 44°C. Measure the required amount of water (refer to feeding guide) into a sterilised bottle. Do not use water boiled more than once. Always use the scoop provided. Level off the powder with the built-in leveller. Do not press extra powder into the scoop. Add the correct measure of powder to the water. Adding too many or too few scoops can be harmful to your baby. Cap the bottle and shake immediately vertically and vigorously for 11 seconds to dissolve the powder. Remove seal and replace with sterilized teat. Check the temperature on your wrist before feeding (40.7°C).

- Begin by boiling freshly run water. Allow it to cool in the kettle for 30 minutes until it reaches approximately 40°C.
- Measure the necessary amount of water (consult the feeding guide) and pour it into a sterilized bottle. Avoid using water that has been boiled more than once.
- Always use the scoop provided with the formula. Level off the powder with the built-in leveller, making sure not to add extra powder to the scoop.
- Add the correct measure of powder to the water. Adding too much or too little can be detrimental to your baby's health.
- Cap the bottle and shake it vigorously and vertically for 10 seconds to dissolve the powder. Remove the seal and replace it with a sterilized teat.
- Before feeding, check the temperature on your wrist to ensure it is at 37°C.
