Do not use if allergic to esomeprazole, other PPIs, or any tablet components. Consult your doctor if you have liver or kidney problems, osteoporosis, vitamin B12 deficiency, or low magnesium levels. Long-term use may increase risk of bone fractures, low magnesium, vitamin B12 deficiency, and stomach polyps. Common side effects: headache, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, dizziness. Rare but serious: severe allergic reaction, Clostridioides difficile diarrhea, severe rash, interstitial nephritis. Use in pregnancy/breastfeeding only if clearly needed and prescribed. May interact with medicines such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, warfarin, methotrexate—check with your doctor.

Onset of action: Relief may begin within 1 hour; full effect in 2–3 days. Storage: Store at 10–25 °C in a dry place, away from light and moisture, in original packaging.
