Wash hands thoroughly before unwrapping the tampon. Tear open the wrapper along the marked strip. Pull the string from side to side and top to bottom to create a finger pocket. Insert the tampon using your index finger, gently angling toward your lower back. Once placed correctly (you shouldn't feel it), ensure the string remains outside for removal. Change every 4 to 8 hours, and never exceed 8 hours of use. Dispose of the used tampon in a sanitary bin—do not flush.
