Wash hands and check the tampon is sealed. Tear the wrapper at the colored strip and remove the tampon. Pull the string tightly to create a finger pocket for insertion. Insert the tampon with your index finger, following the natural curve of the vaginal canal. Ensure correct placement—if uncomfortable, adjust the position. Leave the string visible for easy removal. Change every 4 to 8 hours. Use the lowest absorbency necessary.
