Use on clean, dry skin free of eye makeup. Dip the applicator once and apply a thin line along the upper lash line (not the lashes themselves). Use twice daily—morning and evening. Let the serum dry for at least 90 seconds before applying other products. Once desired results are achieved, reduce use to 2–3 times per week for maintenance.
