Sit upright with your back supported and feet flat on the floor. Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, about 1–2 cm above the elbow, with the tube along the inside of the arm. Press the START/STOP button to begin measurement. Remain still and avoid talking. After measurement, your blood pressure and pulse will display on the LCD screen. Record readings or use the memory function for future reference.
