Prepare the Device: Insert the 4 AA batteries and attach the Intelli Wrap cuff to your upper arm (22–42 cm circumference). Sit Properly: Sit in a chair with your back supported, feet flat on the floor, and arm at heart level. Start Measurement: Press the start button on the monitor. The cuff will inflate automatically and record your systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings. Read Results: Check the display for blood pressure readings and any irregular heartbeat or AFib alerts. Save Data: Measurements are automatically saved to the memory for each user, or synced via Bluetooth to the OMRON Connect app. Repeat: For accuracy, take 2–3 readings with 1–2 minutes between measurements.
