Oxyjet Water Flosser: Fill the water reservoir with water and add the recommended elixir if desired. Choose the jet mode: "Single Stream" for plaque removal or "Turbo Stream" for gum massage. Adjust water pressure to comfort level. Aim the nozzle between teeth and along gum line to clean and massage gums. Pro 3000 Electric Toothbrush: Select brushing mode: "Daily Clean," "Sensitive," or "Whitening." Apply toothpaste to brush head. Place brush head against teeth and move gently along gum line. The brush pulses every 30 seconds to indicate quadrant change. After 2 minutes, it signals brushing time completion.
