For adults and children aged 16 years and older: Take one sachet every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 6 sachets in a 24-hour period. Consult your doctor if you need to use this medication for more than 7 days.
Instructions for use: Pour the contents of the sachet into a cup and fill it halfway with very hot water. Stir thoroughly and add cold water as needed.
Avoid using this product with other medications containing paracetamol, decongestants, or cough and flu remedies.
