Shake well before use. Dosage: 5 ml (120 mg) every 4–6 hours as needed. Maximum: Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours or 60 mg/kg/day. Use appropriate dosing syringe or spoon for accuracy. Refer to a pediatrician for infants under 2 months.
