- Start by dispensing a pea-sized amount of Parodontax Gum + Breath & Sensitivity Original Toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. It is recommended to wet your toothbrush with water before applying the toothpaste. Ensure you brush your teeth thoroughly for a minimum of two minutes, covering all surfaces of your teeth - fronts, backs, and chewing surfaces. Pay extra attention to your gum line for optimal oral hygiene. For optimum results, it is advised to use Parodontax Gum + Breath & Sensitivity Original Toothpaste at least twice daily, ideally in the morning and before bed.
- Follow a dental routine of brushing twice a day, avoiding excessive brushing (not more than three times daily). Note that this toothpaste is not suitable for children under 12 years, unless under the guidance of a professional. Keep the product away from children and discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
