- To use Parodontax Gum + Breath & Sensitivity Whitening Toothpaste, start by squeezing a pea-sized amount onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. Before applying the toothpaste, make sure to wet your toothbrush with water. It is important to brush your teeth thoroughly for a minimum of two minutes, making sure to cover all surfaces, including the fronts, backs, and chewing surfaces. Pay special attention to your gum line for optimal results. For best outcomes, use the Parodontax Gum + Breath & Sensitivity Original Toothpaste at least twice a day, ideally in the morning and before bedtime.
- Remember to brush your teeth twice daily, but not more than three times. This product is not recommended for children under 12 years of age, unless advised by a dentist or doctor. Keep the toothpaste out of reach of children and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
- If you are experiencing sensitivity or gum issues, it may be a sign of an underlying problem requiring prompt attention. If symptoms persist or worsen, it is essential to seek the advice of a dentist. Consult your dentist or doctor immediately if you notice any swelling in the mouth or face.
