    Peel off the protective film covering the gel. Slide the toe loop over the big toe so the gel pad presses gently against the bunion. Trim a "V" shape in the loop with scissors if it’s too snug. Limit continuous wear to no more than 18 hours to allow skin to breathe. Wash gently with warm water and mild soap after use, air dry completely, and dust with talcum powder to reduce stickiness if needed. Replace once the gel becomes thin.
