Boil water and allow it to cool to below 50 °C (122 °F); for children, use water ≤ 40 °C (104 °F). Hold the bag upright, fill it up to two-thirds capacity, and gently expel excess air. Screw the stopper tightly to prevent leaks. Wrap in a cloth or cover before applying to skin. Empty completely after use and store with the stopper removed in a cool, dry place.
