Wash hair with Seboradin Fitocell Shampoo or any mild shampoo. Apply a generous amount of the mask to damp hair and scalp. Gently massage into the roots and along the hair length. Leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use 2–3 times per week. Can be used as a hair compress or in a sauna.
