Shake Well: Before use, shake the bottle to mix the two-phase formula. Apply: Saturate a cotton pad with the solution. Remove Makeup: Gently press the cotton pad onto closed eyelids and lips. Hold for a few seconds to allow the makeup to dissolve. Wipe away makeup from the inside to the outside of the eye area. Repeat if Necessary: Continue until the cotton pad comes away clean.
