Prepare the Device: Insert 4 AA batteries or connect via AC adapter if available. Position the Cuff: Wrap the cuff around the upper arm, about 2–3 cm above the elbow, with the tube on the inner arm. Sit Correctly: Sit upright with your back supported, feet flat on the floor, and arm at heart level. Start Measurement: Press the start button. The cuff will inflate automatically and then slowly deflate while measuring your blood pressure. Read Results: Once the measurement is complete, the display will show systolic, diastolic pressure, and pulse. Store Data: The device stores readings for up to 2 users (100 measurements each). After Use: Remove the cuff, turn off the device, and store safely.
